Families will benefit from free kindy regardless of whether they attend our sessional kindergarten or kindergarten in long day care.
Free kindy is for the 15 hour a week kindergarten program (600 hours a year) delivered by our qualified early childhood teacher.

Montessori Preparation
Our Mudgeeraba and Reedy Creek Montessori Kindergarten classes
focus on the learning and development of each child.

The curricula are decided based on each child's needs within the Government regulated Guidelines and Framework. In a mainstream child care centre, lessons are prepared in advance and all children are expected to learn at the same pace.

Children in our Montessori Kindergarten are encouraged to be independent, mindful of their classmates and teachers, respectful of the environment and so much more.
Montessori For Learning
Montessori is a method of education that utilises the child's natural desire for movement and exploration to make available activities that are hands on and self directed.
The well qualified educators assess each child's developmental needs to make allowances within the classroom for learners at all levels and capabilities.
The children are free to move about the classroom respect their peers, the equipment and themselves - treating everyone with courtesy as they choose and complete activities that build the foundations of academic learning.
Montessori Kindergarten
Our Reedy Creek and Mudgeeraba Montessori Kindergarten are focused on building strong foundations for learning.
At Montessori Gold Coast our qualified teachers extends skills already developed as well as (or while) nurturing new learning and knowledge through practise, exploration and tactile activities.
Working within our Montessori Kindergarten means working within a program designed to prepare children for the rigours and expectations of BIG school in a nurturing environment.
Montessori materials are not the only things that we focus on.
We do etiquette and courtesy, gross motor and fine motor, music and art, geography and history. We work on all aspects of the child; "The Whole Child". Not just the academic material.
